A glance at the Alur, Duflot and Elan Laws
These various laws were passed to complete and explain the measures contained in the Hoguet Law.

They have enabled the following:
·  improved information for purchases and better purchaser protection
·  the fluidification of information for purchasers of co-ownership lots
·  the granting of jurisdiction to municipalities to issue land planning approvals
·  the transformation of land use plans into local zoning plans
·  the modernization of local community zoning plans and the development of the perimeters for local zoning plans
·  the creation of a deontological code to regulate the profession (12 articles) and a regulatory body (the Conseil National de Transaction et de la Gestion Immobilière)
