After Paris, London and Singapore, three Michelin-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic is opening up to the mountain air with her gastronomic concept La Dame de Pic at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel in Megève.

Anne-Sophie Pic, the world's most starred chef, has created a new culinary experience based on the Savoyard terroir and her quest for new and complex combinations of flavors for which she is renowned.

The choice of the restaurant's female name will preserve the historical tribute to the arrival of Noémie de Rothschild in Megève a century ago, echoing the meeting between Anne-Sophie Pic and Ariane de Rothschild, founder of the group that owns the hotel. For her menu, the chef imagines her dishes in harmony with the local products of the mountain pastures.

At the heart of the new culinary offer of the Four Seasons Hôtel Megève is a special link with nature and the objective to highlight local producers.

The chef has surrounded herself with brilliant collaborators dedicated to desserts and drinks. Indeed, the dessert menu, created in harmony with the pastry chef Jonathan Chapuy, offers precise, light and tasty creations in which touches of color and fantasy come to enliven a dish already full of flavors. The drinks menu is signed by Paz Levinson, the sommelier of the Pic group (best sommelier in Argentina from 2010 to 2014), who offers very subtle food and drink pairings with or without alcohol.

The restaurant's atmosphere remains the same as the one originally imagined by Pierre-Yves Rochon, featuring the private collections of Baroness Ariane de Rothschild in warm cognac-colored walls.
