Sotheby's Côte d'Azur Sotheby's International Realty: record results for the third quarter of 2022.

Despite a difficult current context, luxury real estate is doing well at Sotheby's International Realty.

If the first two quarters were good, the third quarter of 2022 is once again breaking all records. Alexander Kraft, CEO of the France Monaco network, published his last press release on October 19, and the conclusion is unequivocal: Prestige real estate is still and always a safe haven, despite the complexity of the global situation, and Sotheby's International Realty France-Monaco announces the best quarter ever known with a sales volume which reached more than 520 million euros, i.e. a total over the first 9 months of 2022 of 1.25 billion euros.

The Sotheby's International Realty France-Monaco network, with 70 agencies in France and Monaco, achieved record sales in all regions, including Paris, the Côte d'Azur, etc.
