Jean Mus - The man with 1500 gardens
The Mediterranean is bubbling with words, colors and flavors. It is an extraordinary color chart of landscapes, winds, moods - all flourishing around a common sea. » Jean Mus

One of those men who shaped the French Riviera, a true contemporary artist who can only be saluted, affixing his famous signature to the shores of the Mediterranean:
Jean Mus, the one Le Figaro nicknamed "The man with 1500 gardens ”.

Native of Grasse, Jean Mus, an exceptional landscape architect, has been imagining and designing parks and gardens on the shores of the Mediterranean basin and across the world for more than thirty years.

"The garden is a place of meeting and celebration where everyone, following their own references, will find the sensations they are looking for." Jean Mus

Son of the famous head-gardener of Villa Croisset in Grasse and its 20,000 m2 of landscaped gardens, he was nurtured since his earliest childhood by the sensitivity brought by plants, fountains, mixtures of exotic and Mediterranean species, with grace and sensuality. He got this passion from his father, and from his masters, like Ferdinand Bac.

"The greatest gift you can give a gardener is to know that he is working in a garden but that we do not notice it."

The Côte d´Azur enjoys a unique climate and landscape which offer a wide range of possibilities for Jean Mus to express his identity and his art. Indeed, he combines ancestral know-how and the design of spaces that respect the environment, in perfect balance with the surrounding landscape.

A graduate of the National School of Garden and Landscape in Versailles, this exceptional landscaper has no less than 1,500 projects carried out around the world and enjoys international notoriety.

It is with great pride that Côte d'Azur Sotheby's International Realty lists sumptuous properties nestled in gardens and parks created so that each of the 5 senses is awakened ... Crystalline water, aromatic scents, delicacies everywhere, the whole becoming under his hands a painting, a work of art.

The Jardin des Arts, an exceptional estate in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, with more than 2 hectares of landscaped park imagined and created by Jean Mus in respect of the Mediterranean image, and in perfect harmony with the initial landscape, allowing full integration of the residence into its environment.

The Théoule Project, a very exceptional architectural project in which Jean Mus participates, once again allows a total integration of an ultra prestigious building into its environment: the land, the sea, the red rock, the Mediterranean vegetation.
