Real Estate Diagnostic Reports
You are selling or buying a house or an apartment?

You have probably heard of these mandatory diagnostic surveys.
Indeed, this is an essential step in the sale (and acquisition), since it really is the «safety inspection» of your home.

All of these diagnoses are brought together in a technical diagnosis file which must be appended to the promise to sell.
Please note, in the event of a breach of this obligation, and in the event of the appearance of a defect concerning one of the subjects mentioned above,  the purchaser may sue the seller for latent defects, and this process may lead to the cancellation of the sale or the return of part of the sale price.
