Villa Lola in Roquebrune Cap Martin, Dolce et Gabbana's former home.

Proposed by the real estate agency Côte d'Azur Sotheby's International Realty of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, the mythical villa of the Dolce & Gabbana couple stands facing the Mediterranean in Roquebrune Cap Martin.

A true legendary villa that has hosted fashion shows and Jet-7 parties, the mythical 437 square meter property is up for sale at 14.9 million euros.

The designer couple Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana created their brand in 1982 and launched their first women's collection in 1985.

Their house in Roquebrune Cap Martin will be a true haven of peace for them, and they have invited many celebrities there: show-biz, business, art and fashion - all the great worlds have rubbed shoulders there.

While the famous Dolce & Gabbana had fully furnished the premises to their taste, today there remains the superb exotic garden, the black bathroom, and a spacious terrace with wooden bench facing the sea, the villa was later bought and transformed - it is now a wonderful, warm family property with fantastic panoramic views of the sea, the bay of Menton and Ventimiglia.

It offers luxury services, on 437 m2 and 3 levels. The villa has 5 private suites, two entrance halls, a gym, a beautiful swimming pool with pool house, outdoor terraces and a magnificent garden on a plot of 2,660 m².

Laundry room, caretaker's office, garage for 2 cars, outdoor parking spaces, security/video surveillance system and an independent house complete the package.

Located in Cap Martin, former hunting reserve of the Grimaldi family which attracted a large number of crowned heads, including Edward VII of England, François-Joseph I of Austria and his wife the Empress Sissi, it is close to prestigious villas built in the Belle-Époque and luxurious contemporaries.

Only a few minutes from Monaco and Italy, 35 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport, the villa offers a strategic position - an exceptional residence, offered by Côte d'Azur Sotheby's International Realty, luxury real estate agency in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
