Eileen Gray’s renovated E-1027 villa reopens on the French Riviera

Located in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin on the Côte d'Azur, the Villa E-1027 - completed in 1929 - has just reopened its doors following extensive restoration work.

Built on two floors and enjoying a breathtaking view of the Principality of Monaco, the house is the symbol of Eileen Gray’s modernist architecture.
Famous Irish designer and architect, she was friend of Charles-Edouard Jeanneret-Gris, illustrious architect, town planner , decorator, painter and sculptor better known under the pseudonym of Le Corbusier.


Listed as historical monuments, the villa, its garden and the land facing the sea can be visited by reservation only:
