Reopening of your Côte d'Azur Sotheby's International Realty agencies

We are delighted to announce you the reopening of our agencies since May 11th where you will be welcomed safely and in compliance with the sanitary measures in force. 
 
Our team at Côte d’Azur Sotheby’s International Realty, already entirely available to its customers before and during the confinement, is more than happy to assist you in the realization of all your real estate projects.

For your safety and for ours, some health rules will therefore be taken into account in addition to the rules of use that you already know (such as washing your hands regularly, coughing and sneezing in your elbow, respecting a physical distance of at least 1 meter with others and avoiding any braces and hand tightening).
 
The measures implemented are valid at both agencies and customers’ homes during appointments or visits organized by us.

 

Agency meetings

Within our agencies the following protocol is already applied:
- Protection of sensitive areas (reception of agencies, meetings rooms) and display of health protocols.
- Systematic disinfection of our brochures and documents given with protective gloves.
- Wearing the mandatory mask on the part of all our advisers.
- Regular ventilation of closed rooms.
- Limitation of the number of customers in the premises.
- Maintaining safety distances and respecting barrier gestures. 
 
 

Appointments and property visits

Property visits can again be arranged on site. However, feel free to request a videoconference visit from your negotiator!
- We make masks, gloves and overshoes available to our customers and employees, which will be mandatory during property visits.
- We ensure compliance with barrier gestures.
- Before and after each visit, we make sure to disinfect all affected surfaces.
- We limit the number of clients during visits (one property consultant and two customers maximum).
- As far as possible, the owners will not be present during the visits.
- We will favor the use of stairs instead of elevators.
- We prepare the premises to minimize on-site contact.

 

Our external service providers

Our external service providers such as photographers and diagnosticians also take care to comply with the safety and health measures published above, including:
- Compliance with health protocol.
- Preparation of places upstream.
- Limitation of the number of people during interventions.
