Career path and role
Could you retrace your career and what led you to head the Saint-Tropez agency?
Trained in labour law and management, I initially worked in human resources for a leading international group in the beauty sector. New professional and geographical opportunities then led me to settle in Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez in 2012, where I began my career in real estate.
More than ten years of experience within a Saint-Tropez real estate brand have enabled me to develop an in-depth knowledge of the market and a keen commercial sense. My aesthetic profile, my sensitivity to beauty and my leadership abilities naturally guided me towards Côte d’Azur Sotheby’s International Realty, to lead the agency located at 9 avenue Paul Roussel.

How would you describe your team and the way it operates?
For more than three years, I have built and led a team of real estate consultants deeply attached to their territory, passionate about their profession and attentive to others.

What is the scope and specificity of your sector?
Our expertise mainly covers two areas: the “golden triangle” (Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle, Gassin) and the neighbouring towns of Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime and Les Issambres, with occasional opportunities in other coastal destinations of the Var.
While Sotheby’s International Realty is renowned for luxury and prestige real estate, we are also active in the “premium” segment, offering high-quality properties generally priced between €500,000 and €4,000,000.
The Saint-Tropez peninsula is appealing for the beauty of its preserved landscapes, the diversity of its offerings and services, and its unique lifestyle, attracting a French, European and international clientele. The village of Saint-Tropez, the charm of Ramatuelle and its legendary Pampelonne beaches, or the gentle lifestyle of Sainte-Maxime provide a variety of settings to meet every aspiration.
How would you characterise the market and demand?
The standards we set for ourselves lead us to select rare and varied properties in order to offer our clients an attractive and exclusive portfolio. The value of a property lies not only in its price, but in its rarity, quality and presentation. Every detail matters, whether it is a pied-à-terre in Gassin, a villa overlooking the Bay of Canebiers, or a village house in Ramatuelle.
Market expertise and 2025 review
What assessment do you draw from 2025?
2025 was a dynamic and significant year for Côte d’Azur Sotheby’s International Realty Saint-Tropez, both in transaction volume and in value. We completed several sales of character properties above ten million euros, as well as “favourites” involving charming smaller properties or fully equipped holiday villas.
These results reflect our mastery of the entire transactional process, integrating legal, urban planning and marketing aspects. Each sale is based on the combination of an exceptional property, a fair price and targeted, legally secure communication.

What are your ambitions for 2026?
