The project is based on four landscape entities. From the new gate and pedestrian gate, at the edge of the Bréguières road, a new courtyard has been traced, represented by a stone carpet on the ground. A canopy of pines and the vertical line of some cypresses lead the visitor into the estate.
From the entrance road, the view extends to the back of the lot, towards a leafy setting punctuated by cypresses and the pre-existing grove of oaks and pines. From this grove, increasingly riverine vegetation reveals the presence of a valley along the buried canal. Copses of alder and hornbeam form a green boundary that winds along to the southern entrance of the estate.

Two beds of exotic plants, edged with small hedges that structure the space, surround a pool. This is the charm of these gardens, which were intended to provide a particular image of how paradise might be: the geometry, the symmetry of a rectangle, the exuberance of the vegetation, the burbling of a stream of water in the centre of the garden in a planted pond... From the patio, landscaped steps widen to open up the space leading to the pool.
